BYARI in Technopark

Screening of the national award winning movie ‘Byari’ will be conducting Prathidhwani on 26th April, Thursday 5:30PM at park centre, Technopark. An open forum with Suveeran, the director followed by screening. Prathidhwani is a group of techies with social values.

This is the first-ever film made in 'Byari' language, spoken mainly by people belonging to the community concentrated in the coastal regions of north Kerala and Dakshina Kannada district in Karnataka.This film won the National award for the Best feature film of 2011. Actress Mallika got a special mention from the National Jury for her performance in the film. The film was premiered in some festivals and won rave reviews.
