Login as Admin to your Wrodpress site. Here is how Sample page menu looks

Open this Page in Browser by clicking on this link

Edit sample Page

In the Edit page in dashboard you will see as below.

Update the Sample Page 

Now it will Appear in Your Posts List.

Delete the Sample Page

Now select the Page from the All pages Menu.

Select it and Trash It.

Thats it.
