BSNL Loyalty Point Check Online - Redeem It

BSNL Landline Phone Loyalty Points Online Checking

Eligibility
  1. Individual BSNL customers who are availing landline and broadband service are eligible to earn reward points.
  2. BroadBand customers whose monthly bill amount is Rs. 400 and above or Bi-Monthly amount is above Rs.800 and above. 



 Point Calculation
  • One loyalty reward point for every Rs.50 for invoice paid within pay-by-date
How to Redeem it Online
  1. You can place the Redemption request through BSNL Selfcare Website. 
  2. Then Click on the Service Request menu and then Submit Loyalty Redemption Request.

Redemption
  1. Reward points earned can be redeemed in terms as Free Metered Call Units (MCUs) for making free call on BSNL "On Net" calls. 
  2. After 180 days from the date of earning loyalty point for first time.
  3. Redemption can be done in block of minimum 25 points and maximum 500 points (multiple of 25 points).

    hi! when i try to redeem loyalty reward points,it shows "The Loyalty Redemption Request cannot be raised as the Outstanding Amount of this Billing Account is greater than zero" but i have paid d bill!
    can u help me to figure out what d problem is
