It is the Mail which has been received through the Mail Inbox, but auto matically posted to the blogger.

When posting / Sharing anything to the google + posts, we are selecting an option like below.

Your Blog Post By Email may look like below
If the above secret Mail is stored inside your Google contact, then it will automatically share the Post if you tick on Post this to Email in Google + Posting .
In a better way if some one invite you for feedburner email subscription using that email address , then it will be posted to your blog.
