You can Do this by Pressing any Feed icon on the Blog.
For Blogger Blogs you can type http://BLOGNAME.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default

1. Find the Feed
First fetch the Particlular Feedburner Feed URL.You can Do this by Pressing any Feed icon on the Blog.

2. Feedburner Enabled or Not ?
Then We need to know whether the Feedburner is enabled or not. To Do so proceed as below.
For Blogger Blogs you can type http://BLOGNAME.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
here BLOGNAME is the Actual blogger URL Name.
If Feedburner is not available you will see the Entire full page of xml Code like below
If feed burner is available you will be automatically redirected to the feedburner address which may look like http://feeds.feedburner.com/BLOGNAME or Some thing.
if Feedburner Feed count is Not Active then you will see
To Fetch the Feed URL ID, you can see the above feed url.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/BLOGNAME
Here BLOGNAME is the Feed URL ID Part.
For Ex:
In this Above Picture junkfun is the Feed URL ID.
Here Red Colored Text is Variable. You can Insert Any Blog Feedburner URL ID here to see Real Feed Count.
